Wayne and I were having a conversation on the other side of this wall in the kitchen while little Miss Maeley decided she needed to make Melody a bottle. Nothing can be left out around this house these days.

While leaving base yesterday afternoon we were met by this example of simple beauty. I am often so focused on my steps ahead or just trying to maintain my balance that these small but significant moments are missed.
